gem fell out

i adored this necklace. it is dainty, the charm is beautiful. however, after a month, one of the rubies fell out. i purchased insurance so left it with at the jewelry counter for them to submit for repair. a week later, i was told they couldn't fix it for me and they'd just refund me. don't buy this :( the chain, although pretty, is so dainty it WILL break on you. like someone else said happened to them, you might even lose the charm entirely.

Pretty but flimsy

The necklace is beautiful, but a bit smaller than expected. It is very delicate and the pendant looks cheaply made in person. I will need to return this

received broken!

A gift to my daughter and another state, she’s an hour from the mall. It’s missing an entire stone. I guess that’s why they don’t allow you to include pictures, but at least it came in a box unlike my other daughters was just in a bag. Places is really gone downhill.
