I received badly tarnished

I received this ring today as I am gifting it for Christmas. Otherwise, I would return. I received it badly tarnished. I am taking it to a jeweler this afternoon to have it polished. Macy's should be ashamed sending out a product looking this bad. Hopefully , after the jeweler polishes it I can still use it as the Christmas gift intended.

less than 1 month

I’m very sad about this ring. I fell in love with it and my mom bought it for my 50th birthday. I haven’t owned the ring more than a month and the top green stone fell out. It was on sale when she bought it for me so the in-store credit does not cover the cost of it now.

Beautiful ring

I think this ring is beautiful, my only issue: the ring will scratch you and snag sweaters. But overall, it's beautiful ring.
