I followed the care instructions carefully and they started to fall apart after the first wash and develop pulled threads.

Followed the care instructions & they fell apart

I was so excited for these towels and did a fair amount of research before purchasing but they started to fall apart after one wash. I was very careful to follow the care instructions to a T but the towels pilled horribly and had multiple pulled threads that will likely only worsen over time. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing.

Discolored after first wash

Really disappointed that after following the care instructions precisely, one of the towels I purchased in blue became discolored and lightened in several patches. Even more disappointed that Macy’s does not support the customer with defective products after 30 days. I have been a longtime customer, but this makes me feel like I need to move on
