Hard to get rid of lint

I have washed these towels at least 5 times and I have not been able to get the lint off completely. I tried detergent only, detergent and fabric softener, white vinegar, and water only. Nothing works.

Quality is very poor for the price and brand name

The quality is very poor. After first wash it started to fall apart. The seams aren't strong and it's very, very disappointing. I don't know now what to do with that. Return?
