Quality is very poor for the price and brand name

The quality is very poor. After first wash it started to fall apart. The seams aren't strong and it's very, very disappointing. I don't know now what to do with that. Return?

My favorite towel

I’ve been using these Lacoste towels for over 15 years. My absolute favorite towel. They hold up to wear well and feel great on the skin. They actually dry you. I just replaced some older towels with new ones and I’m just pleased with the new ones.
