Thieves

I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER!!! THEY LIED AND SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT MY ORDER WAS PICKED UP AND I NEVER PICKED IT UP. THEY MIXED UP MY ORDER AND I REFUSED TO TAKE WHAT THEY WERE GIVING ME. THEY GAVE ME THE MANAGER’S PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT HIM AND HE NEVER HELPED ME. I WANT A FULL REFUND ON ALL OF MY ORDERS. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH MACYS EVER AGAIN. ONE HORRIBLE DECISION AFTER ANOTHER SHOPPING WITH THIS STORE!!!! IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVES AND THEY TOOK MY STUFF AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS.

Even with all of the “discounts”, the set was overpriced. I see why Macys is going out of business. People don’t want to pay extra money so they can say “I got this at Macys” anymore. It’s an outdated marketing strategy.
