Lacoste robe

Awful experience. I’m missing my belt and it was just thrown in the bag after pick up last Friday. I tried to request a belt replacement and was forced to do a return via chat. However I called the customer service hotline and they said they would replace it and I would here back in seven days which was today.I have no clue what the status of this item is. Im Irritated because I really like the robe and I am hoping a replacement can be found or Im credited like the customer service agent said

Just as described

This cherry red robe is replacing a present from 30 years ago—also red—it’s warm and comfortable. I prefer the raglan sleeves—so much more comfortable over pajamas.
