I purchased this as a gift it was obviously previously opened the sheets are not packed correctly I will be returning it. Unfortunately they are no longer on sale

It feels softer after washing more but

I bought another brand of percale, but I wanted to try this brand. I'm a bit disappointed because the fabric bled. I'm glad I didn't wash with other lighter color. As far as being soft, it became softer after several wash. So, that isn't so bad. I would have loved it more if it didn't bleed. Sigh

horrible the worst customer service Ive evef hadr.

twice they changed my delivery address (emailing the change notices.to other addrsses Ive never heard of). Twice calljng custkner service I wasbtold not to worry that the order was cancelled. it was not cancelled. but was apparently delivered to one of these other addresses. i requested a refund. two tknes Ivqasbtoldbthat thevrefundcwas.processed, ivwouldvreceicecanvenail confirmation withjn an hour. no confirmation ever came. instead i received an email today saying refund was denied because item had been successfully delivered (sknewhere) DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM MACYS
