How to not design men's underwear

Upon first wear the overall fit was snug, but comfortable but the front is extremely tight and pushes up the testes where they are uncomfortable, a bit of ball room is needed for sure. Also what's with the multi tags on the back inside. I cut them off and they dig in to my back.
