Macys sent a defective product

Macys didn’t seem to have very good QC. This is the third time I ordered online and there was some type of defect or issue with the product. Ordered a red Lacoste shirt and in brighter light, you can see smudged blue ink on the back even though it came out of a brand new package. It still is a very nice shirt but cannot pay full price for it now.
