Ordered Right Shoe but received wrong Shoe !!

I ordered the G80 White/White sneaker in size 12 been wanting this shoe for the summer coming ahead. When i received my order, open my package, the box says the correct but when i open and looked inside it was a completely different shoe inside the box, i was very disappointed. The shoe was green and it wasn't the style that i ordered. It leaves me to think that someone in the warehouse took the pair that i ordered out the box and put in a different completely pair. First of all why didn't they check inside the box to see if the correct shoe was inside before sending out ? This is bad business because if your advertising something and saying it's available but it's really not is a problem or if someone in your warehouse is taking shoes out the box and putting wrong shoes back that box is a problem as well. The consumer mind frame is i want what i paid and ordered. Very upset with Macy's !!!!!!!
