Sizing Issue

The website lists sizes small through extra large. The tags have specific waste size. For example, I am a size 30 and they sent me a size 38 despite the fact that I requested small. Need to fix the sizing options on the website/app

Size does not correspond

These shorts appear to be very good quality fabric and design. However the size of the shorts does not correspond with the XS-S-M … size range listed by Macys. They have French size and US waist “ size. Therefore I received the wrong size.
