Absolutely horrible customer service

I ordered this shirt to give as a Christmas gift to my son. I cannot pick it up on the day that they were going to hold it by and I called the Greensboro North Carolina store. I was told it would be held and that was no problem. I was going to get it two days later and got notice today that it was shipped back. I called the store again and they confirmed yes it was shipped back. I wonder why the person told me it was not a problem and it would be there. I’m not happy at all such horrible horrible customer service people should know what they’re talking about.!

Problem

I have 2 of this shirt from before, but this one has metal buttons. It's a design flaw and I'd like my money back. There is no mention of metal buttons in the description.
