Unacceptable

I have been a Macy's shopper for the past two decades. And over that time I have had very few bad experiences. However this most recent experience makes me reconsider if I should continue shopping here. The item I received was not wrapped in plastic, was not folded, was dirty, and there was a stain on it. I don't understand how something that is supposed to be brand new, could arrive dirty, with a stain on it, and not wrapped in plastic. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable, especially considering how much more expensive things are now. I have no idea how good or bad the pajama pants are, because I could not move past the presentation and the delivery of the item. I will be returning them for a refund. Buyer beware.
