Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the condition this bag was shipped to me in. It was covered in dirty marks and there was a small spot pressed inward on the front. The wallet also smelled of perfume. I wonder how can an item be sent to the customer in such condition? Although I liked the wallet, and could gave it 5 star, but I have to take two stars because of the disappointment and inconvenience they caused me.
