I purchased this sofa and upon delivery the sofa made a metallic creaking sound. Macy's sent someone to come and fix that. I was also concerned about the fabric. It pills easily. For example, it pilled from my fingernails and also from the page of a book I was reading. So if you have a pet, this sofa is not going to be a good match. The cushions are not reversible. One side has velcro, so you can't flip the cushions over. Also, although the cushions have zippers so that you can remove the fabric to wash, the zippers are incredibly delicate and they broke just from me unzipping them. After about a year, the cushions will sag and lose their shape. Overall, this was not a great buy and I wouldn't recommend this item.

I was very pleasantly surprised by these chairs! They are oversized and very comfortable. I liked them so much I kept them in my living room instead of the guest bedroom where I had originally planned to put them. They look more green than gray to me and have a low nap soft fabric. Amazing quality for the price!

Disappointing Quality/ Quick Breakdown of cushions
Nice fabric and color. The other color choice was so close to this it seemed strangle they were the only options. We are disappointed in how quickly the cushions showed wear. They constantly need to be readjusted. The seat cushions will not stay in place. The back cushion’s Velcro makes horrible noises every time we sit. The fabric has shifted and is not square on the cushions after only a few weeks of wear. I feel the need to push/pull/readjust the set every time we get up. It was a great deal for a set that would not be used much but as a primary living room seating option, I would not recommend. I had previously had an almost identical looking set made and purchased at Macy’s in a microfiber with attached back cushions (which I thought this was supposed to be) bought in 1992. We loved it and only replaced it with this one due to fabric fading. It was 20 years old and I was so thrilled that I found this set which I thought was the same. It is not, and far less quality. In a short 3 months it looks in poorer shaped condition than our 20 year old set did, excepting for the fabric. Obviously it is not made nearly as well. I am disappointed.

I was concerned about quality, but the chair’s quality is very good for the price. Chair cushions are firm and the chair is as advertised. I’m using it in a room upstairs that I use as a den and it fits perfectly. Only downside is limited color choices.
