Smells amazing

I love this scent and it is not too over powering. I burned this during a dinner party and usually scents can interferer with a dinner and it was a great addition! I love this candle

Really like the color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed the color of the Retreat candle holder in my room and it is perfect. I gave it a 4 since I don’t care for the scent as much as I do other Lafco candles I have. Feu de Bois is my all time favorite but I only burn it in the winter. I like gardenia, iris (no longer available), sea and dune and spike lavender for summer. I like the color of the chamomile lavender candle but think the scent smells subtly of applesauce..maybe ok in the kitchen but wanted the scent in a bedroom. Hope this helps some who may want to know about other Lafco candles.

way too perfumey

after reading about this scent I thought I’d love it. sadly I do not. it’s incredibly strong and perfumey. smells nothing like a sanctuary or spa.

The ultimate herbal scent

I’m obsessed with LAFCO candles and Retreat is one of my favorite scents. It smells like stepping into an apothecary. Super herbal, super relaxing.
