Bad quality

I have used the mascara two times and I have been very disappointed. I will return it. I have purchased another company’s brand for a quarter of the price of Lancôme and I am content.

Great primer with mascara

The primer goes on smoothly and helps the mascara cover evenly. The mascara makes your eyelashes look long without clumping. The best primer and mascara I have tried.

great service

While shopping before the holidays I mistakenly bought the wrong tube of Lancome mascara and conditioner. I went to exchange it and they didn't have the product in store. The clerk was very helpful in returning the incorrect product and then initiated the correct one to come to my home. I appreciate the service. It is important to have a physical store to go to and a person to address customers. Very grateful!
