This mascara has a unique, new-generation, wax-free formula that needs to be activated before use by swirling the brush in the tube at least 8 times, or swiping in and out (avoid pumping), to mix the ingredients. For application, use the "8" side of the brush to coat your lashes and build volume, then use the flat side to lift and sculpt. The Color Is Beautiful. The Formula Is Horrible
I am looking for a long lasting purple mascara. I had high hopes for this formula, especially the treatment aspect. I got the purple color. I received it this afternoon. I applied it while working from home, so nothing too strenuous or hot. I walked by a mirror 30 minutes after applying it. My under eye area was covered with purple flakes! It has now been 3 hours and the smudges are extensive. I only gave this two stars for the color.

Gave me styes
The wand applicator was terrible and lefts lots of serum. One of my eyes developed a stye that spread to the other eye two weeks later. What a waste and do not recommend at using at all.

Dry - horrible macys sold me OLD product
when i went to use this - it barely had any mascara — it was dry !!!! this has happened to me before with makeup from macy’s - not buying here anymore - and of course now i can’t return

Excellent eys product. It feels so cool and refreshing to undereye area. And it helps lashes too.

Light Pearl eye serum
I highly recommend the Light Pearl serum. I was shocked how my lashes filled in and the beautiful shop this product totally does. I had about a month worth of product left but ordered it because they were offering a free Lancome gift that was fantastic products. However, the black zipper purse I was disappointed in because the zipper doesn't work properly and I don't drive any longer and have no way to return it unless a family member will be going near one of the Macy stores that are all over a half of any hour away.
