    • Smudge immediately after application when creating a soft or smoky look or let the product dry as is for a variety of eyeliner looks

    • For those with brown eyes, try the warm and golden-toned colors such as blue, violet and teal
    • For those with green eyes, line the lower lash line with black to offset any redness and try purple, olive and copper hues

just excellent

This is the BEST pencil eyeliner i have found. In the heat of a Florida summer it doesn’t run or smear or gradually wear off !! it stays right where you put it until you wanna take it off !!! i will not be buying anything but this product from now on. Great job Lancome !!! love it

Poor

While this item goes on smooth, the major flaw is that it breaks almost every time you sharpen it and then you get a very rough edge. I even bought a brand new sharpener still the same problem and both colors of eyeliners I’ve purchased I do not recommend this item

Waterproof coverage in a pencil!

I like using a pencil and it does set right away so you need a sure hand. You can fix mistakes. DO NOT PUT THE CAP ON THE END WHEN SHARPENING. I had a few pencils break off in the cap and it dries out without a cap.

Doesn’t glide on smoothly like their other pencils & does not allow for smudging. This one is a miss.
