the absolue skin serum bottle has only half of the serum, the absolute eye cream is dried up. Lancome should have maintained the good quality of the Absolue 3 pcs Holiday skincare set like individual one.

Bad pick up experience and chaos tracking info.

I made several online orders as to shop gifts to family. The only bug is that I need to pick up in a local store only to make sure the delivery is in time. It is the first time and will be the last time I picked up from a local macy's store. The staff is lazy and unwelcoming, as if some nonsense bureaucratic staff in government. I picked up several orders in different days, and the staff gave me wrong packages of different track numbers. The label outside the box does not show which package is which one. The staff responded only by words making no sense, like a robot, or answer machine. Thus I asked for a scissor or tool to open the boxes as to check all items are received. The staff refused to offer help and said things like "...we are not supposed to give you scissors..." There is a specific spot for such pick up service in a local macy's store. The staff is specially assigned to these spots. It is unnecessary to set up such job duty if service is this bad.
