Lancome Genifique

I have used Lancome's Genifique Ultimate Face Serum for years. It really works. I received my order on time and in good shape. It's a little pricey but well worth it.

Never received the product

Never received the product . It was shipped to the address I don’t leave any longer. Macy”s never asked me to verify the address. Macy’s charged my credit card and accepted a billing address which also is a correct mailing address but never reviewed it and shipped the product to an incorrect address apparently. I was not able to teach the customer service. The person I chatted through the Macy’s chat ignored my problem and the short answer was “ Macy’s customer service doesn’t have an email address, your product was shipped and delivered to the shipping address, goodbye “

WORTH EVERY DROP!!!

This Génifique 3-piece set has completely changed my skincare routine for the better.
