DECEPTION

Unfortunately, Macy's does not treat its customers with respect. They sell products they cannot deliver. I bought this product, and they didn't have it in stock as promised at the time of purchase, and when I tried to cancel, it wasn't possible because 30 minutes had already passed since the purchase. I have to wait for them to send it by mail (something I didn't want, which is why I chose to pick it up at the store), and then return it when it arrives to get my money back. Macy's has become a bank now, working with customers' money.

Never received the Product

I ordered online, this perfume for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The delivery came via UPS..in a badly damaged package WITH NOTHING in the box but paper! Extremely Disappointed! Had to get a refund because the product was no longer available!
