Never received item

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Macy's Order this item on December 24, 2025 still to this day which is 1/16/2026 I have not received it. I called several times and customer service stated I could not cancel this order because it was being processed, (for over three weeks!!!!) Customer service stated that it was delivered at the dock and someone named Greg received my package. I even called the executive office regarding my experience.

INSTANTLY fell in love!

I got a sample of this in the mail and I INSTANTLY fell in love 😩❤️And let me tell you, I HELD ON to that paper sample until I was able to get a bottle at the store lol. The lady at the store was even kind enough to give me a $40 discount because it was the very last one, an open box and discounted online too! Although I will say I do suspect it was a used return as it looked ‘lightly used’, like not quite filled to the top by a little bit like a new perfume bottle would be. The bottle also had a little sticky stain on it. But apart from that all’s good and I’m happy!

Lovely scent

This perfume is sweet, floral and fruity. The notes of raspberry, cocoa and violet blend wonderful together. It smells extremely divine, I absolutely love this fragrance.

My Forever Parfum

This is the best smelling perfume I've ever had in 50 years. It last all day. I bought a bottle for my mom. She said it smelled good on me but smelled like bug spray on her. I bought the elixer.
