Never received item.contacted Macy's FIVE times, and was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business, every time. Never even received a confirmation email. So frustrating.

Did Lancome change the ingredients

I bought a mini bottle of la vie est belle in 2024 and loved it and the scent was long-lasting. I just bought a 1 oz bottle from macys online and can hardly smell it and it fades quickly. I want to know if Lancôme has changed the formulation from what it was in 2024. I was really excited about buying it and now I am so disappointed.
