Never delivered paid order of gifts & no refund

Never received my order & Macy's cancelled and still won't refund my money worse have a door dash receipt for items picked up & called Macy's and the accused me of stealing my own paid for order and now after 40 years a customer never again

Lancôme perfume arrived used

The perfume is wonderful, but the box arrived without the plastic wrapping, the cream doesn't have its seal, which means it was opened, and the small perfume bottle looks like it's been used. Completely disappointed.
