Buyer be aware

Buyer be aware ordered this item for my wife weighed almost 1 month when I received it the package was open it clearly was returned the item. When I called the file complaint the response was we cannot give you another one no one ask them to give me another one I was trying to figure out why they sent me item that I paid full price to be new but they sent me someone who returned it . I will go to Macy’s return it and I’ll never shopped to this place again . Stay away from them they send you returned open boxes from someone who returned it

Never received

Never received item.contacted Macy's FIVE times, and was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business, every time. Never even received a confirmation email. So frustrating.
