Nice but Expensive

I am 67 and in need of a winter cleanser. This cleanser makes my skin feel nourished. Too bad the price is so high. If it cost less ai woukd use it year round.

A New Beginning

I have used Absolue Serium for years, but because of how expensive it is, have not bought in a year plus. Skin changed so drastic. I am using again hoping I can restore the texture and smooth the new wrinkles.

Half jar

I have purchased a lot of Lancôme products lately and no complain about quality. Issue is that the one I received today’ has one jar half empty. I guess it was part of a return and is very expensive to receive just half of a jar.

I opened the eye cream and there is nothing inside

I am very disappointed with this Lancôme Set. Today, I opened the eye cream, and it was empty, with no product inside- ZERO. This is not acceptable. I have been ordering Lancome for so many years, and I have never had this issue before. I do like the cream, but I might reconsider whether to purchase it again from Macy's or another online store.
