Price was higher than another store

I am not bashing Macy's or Tresor. I am ony noting that I was able to purchase this perfume for $30.00 less at a competetor's store. I received a refund without an issue on the same day I purchased this at Macy's.

Lancôme Tresor !

I have been wearing this perfume since 1989. I love it. I get many compliments on how nice I smell.

DECEPTION

Unfortunately, Macy's does not treat its customers with respect. They sell products they cannot deliver. I bought this product, and they didn't have it in stock as promised at the time of purchase, and when I tried to cancel, it wasn't possible because 30 minutes had already passed since the purchase. I have to wait for them to send it by mail (something I didn't want, which is why I chose to pick it up at the store), and then return it when it arrives to get my money back. Macy's has become a bank now, working with customers' money.

Great set

I love Lancôme perfume in general but I haven’t tried any other apart from la vie est belle and idole. This was an opportunity to try the rest. It’s just the middle bottle was empty when I got it, but I went to the store and they were able to replace it for me.
