Best waterproof mascara for me

I like this mascara. I have tried several others and keep going back to Lancôme Monsieur because it stays so nice on my lashes and lasts all day. Easy to remove

Marcara is very dry

The mascara kept me from getting racoon eyes. For that I give it 4 stars. However, it was hard to use because the mascara is very, very, dry. For that I give it zero stars. That averages to two stars.
