A felt-tipped liquid liner for long-lasting and precise application. Artliner is ideal for eyeliner wings and cat eyes. It is easy to apply, smudge-proof and is richly pigmented.

    • Shake the eyeliner bottle to saturate the tip
    • Apply as close to lashes as possible, gradually increasing to create dramatic cat-eye or winged eyeliner looks
    • Use your lashes as a guide, pressing the side of the felt-tip onto skin
    • Use tip of applicator to fill in any gaps

Dry!

This eyeliner is so dry as to be unusable. It hurts to apply. No color.
