Different Appearance

I just received my Bi-Facil and upon removing from the box, I noticed the top layer is milky white. I assumed maybe it was from the shipping, but after leaving it on the counter thinking it would settle, it still hasn't. Has the formula changed where it is no longer clear for both layers of the liquid anymore? Is the top layer supposed to be white now? Or is there something wrong with this bottle and I should return it? I have always used this product.

Best Eye Makeup Remover

Best waterproof mascara and eyeline remover ever!

I have been a constant user of this remarkable product for more than 20 years. It literally melts off layers of mascara and eyeliner without tugging or tearing at your eyes. I have blonde eyelashes so I really have to use 2 full coats of mascara. Of course I tried other products over the years. Believe me, at 66 there is no competition. You learn with age to stick with the best!
