Neee not true

I don't think it's nicer. It's better without it bc the the mascara stick in the eyelashes. But won't return it bc I used it already and it's not nice if they will sell and someone's eys got infected using used products bc there's a lot outhere they still displaying the used products. That's yucky.

This works but is is clumpy

The Cils booster helps my mascara stay put. Mascara does not rub onto the skin below my eye, when I use it. However, when applyng, it clumps on my eyelashes and I must use a brush to take off the excess. It also makes removing the mascara a bit more difficult (but that is to be expected).
