Sticky residue

There must have been a change in formula over the last few years. I typically use the Confort cleanser, but this came in a gift set so I have been using it. It's too thick to get out of the tube, sticks in the palm of your hand - requiring way too much work to get it to foam up. Worst of all, after rinsing - it leaves almost a sticky residue, not a smooth clean feeling. Lancome - please go back to the original formula!

Best facial cleanser ever!

I love this! It has a silky, foamy texture, but it washes off makeup very well and leaves skin feeling soft without a slippery texture.
