Great cleanser

Does clean face very thoroughly. Only have to use a very small amount to create a lather. Face feels very clean afterwards.

Sticky residue

There must have been a change in formula over the last few years. I typically use the Confort cleanser, but this came in a gift set so I have been using it. It's too thick to get out of the tube, sticks in the palm of your hand - requiring way too much work to get it to foam up. Worst of all, after rinsing - it leaves almost a sticky residue, not a smooth clean feeling. Lancome - please go back to the original formula!
