Perfect Mascara

Best mascara Lancome makes! I wear it everyday! Volumizes my eyelashes without making them heavy. People ask me if my eyelashes are fake. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Company not concerned with customer satisfaction

I had a disappointing experience with Lancome. Despite my repeated efforts to address my situation, the company was not willing to take the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction. Their unwillingness to resolve the issue left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I will no longer be a Lancome customer.

Do not like this brand of mascara at all.

I've never used this brand of mascara before, but I do not like it at all. I'm wondering if it's old as there is hardly any mascara coming out on the brush.

Doesn't apply well or look good

I hate this mascara. I don't know why it's so weird but it like comes off if you try to put a second coat. It looks spidery and weird with no volume at all. I tried it for several weeks and still hate it. Such a weird formula.
