mad, but Macy's has amazing customer service!!

I bought this set and received it quickly. I was excited to try it and when I opened the box I noticed waded up tissues in the box, right away I noticed that the eye cream was missing!!!! I called and reported it and Macy's is sending out a replacement. After I called i looked at the product reviews and noticed that someone made a complaint that their jars were not filled, me being curious unwrapped the 3 products that were sent and checked them out... the products were not full, and the Cleanser was not a cleanser but instead a perfum lotion!!!! Not sure how this could happen, maybe it was a return or mispackaged item that accidentallly was shipped out??? Now I'm patiently waiting my replacement to check it out, hoping it will be a complete set with full bottles and jars!!!!! I will say that Macy's has AMAZING customer service!

little bit promble

i am sorry, i bought this set, but when i opened it, the eyes cream and the night repair just had more than half inside, maybe it lost somewhere. i just want you know this. sorry about that.

AMAZING!

This is such a great value set, I highly reccomend this. This reached all my expectations--shortly, my face appeared brighter and more awake, and I even got compliments that I looked ten years younger! This really works. Although it is expensive, it's really worth it because the products are phenomenal.

Love this stuff!

I bought this gift set and what a deal. It is the first time I have used Genifique and the face wash and night cream. My skin after three days looked great. It might be costly but you only need to use a drop from the dropper. It is SO worth it. I will never use anything else.

I've been always a Génifique serum and eye cream user. Love it!! Better get more before this deal is gone~~
