Terrible Smell

It gives a strong chemical smell and was totally different than the previous one I brought. Dislike the new package design and the ingredients are not the same good as before.

Why did you change it?

Why, why, why, why, why did you change the formulation of the Hydra Zen? I used Aqua Vitale for years. It was great. When it was discontinued, I switched to the Hydra Zen Gel, and it was even better. But now you have changed it, and it gives me blisters. It’s becoming impossible to find something oil free without hyaluronic acid. SO disappointed.
