The box had already been opened!

I’m writing about my online pickup order. I placed an order, but when I received the box, it had already been opened. The packaging was torn, the seal label was broken, and the perfume bottle looked like it had been used. Because of this, I returned it immediately. After that, I purchased the item directly at the store. People should be careful when ordering online.
