Eyeliner goes on well, but I especially like the opposite end with the foam piece to evenly blend the color

Hello and thank you for your honest feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that the Le Stylo Waterproof Eyeliner did not apply smoothly for you and that you experienced flecking when smudging. This formula is designed to "set" quickly for waterproof wear, which can sometimes make the blending window shorter. For a smoother application, we recommend warming the tip slightly on the back of your hand before use. If you love a smudged look, try blending immediately after each stroke before the formula locks into place. We appreciate your input as it helps us continue to improve!

Not impressed

bought the bronze rich and it's ditticult to apply. It takes a couple of swipes to lay down the color and then it gets clump! along the bottom lash line. The metallic portion also tends t flake and get all over the place. Maybe my pencil is old but regardless I have better luck with L'Oréal and it's less than half the price. Not impressed with this liner.
