EYLINER -WINNER

Love this eyeliner. I have very sensitive skin and especially eyes. I tried many other eyeliners from different companies but this one is a winner. I always buy black color. WINNER!!!!!!

My favorite eyeliner.

My favorite waterproof eyeliner. Lancome might be discontinuing it and I’m grateful to have found it at Bloomie’s! There aren’t many deep purple liners easy to apply at the waterline. I have used this for years after Marc Jacob’s discontinued their Grapevine waterproof liner. Highly recommend this liner in whatever color you choose.

BEST EYELINER EVER!

This eyeliner is soft and glides across my eyelids, yet it doesn’t smudge or run. No longer using those hard brittle pencils or easily smeared liners. They come in an array of colors too! Try one!
