Why do you keep changing the lip pencils?

I am so disappointed that you stopped making your long time lip pencil. It stayed on all day and was creamy. The color i always used was Charme, a natural mauve. I cannot find a color like this anywhere else. Charlotte Tilbury is close. Then you changed your product. Natural Mauve was a little too light, but ok. Then you discontinued it. The Tea is Hot was close, but too orange. Now that’s gone, too. I’m quite disturbed and am having to look elsewhere, though not successful yet.

Hard to sharpen

I love the way the product feels and lasts, but when I try to sharpen it, it gets ruined. I have tried several different sharpeners. They work the first time, then I end up with an unusable product. It’s a shame because I love the colors.
