Awkward

Well, I tried to like the new packaging but after the 2nd time I dropped it I decided to return. Something as insignificant as using a lip balm should not require learning to maneuver it. Nice balm though. Hopefully they will return to triedcan true tubes. .

Very poor design for the tube.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to change the tube design for lipstick, does not, and never has worn lipstick! The top is the entire tube length! I nick the lipstick often when trying to cap the lipstick. Too, the tube is slimmer, not at all a typical tube of lipstick! Also, the lipstick itself was dry. Maybe I got old stock. Very, very disappointed in the product.
