Must have!!

I was skeptical at first but this makes makeup removal so much easier. I always have a hard time getting eye makeup off but the wand really gets between your lashes and coats the lashes with makeup remover. I coat my lashes with it and then rinse with water and follow with a face mask. It is also super easy to travel with!

Wow, works great!

I've never used a product like this before so I didn't really have any certain expectations. Historically, I have used tubing mascara which is very easily removed, so I saved this for when I used my non-tubing with mascara. It's so easy to use and really makes it so you can just wipe away the mascara. I was impressed that it didn't leave clumps and I didn't have any mask care up under or around my eyes, I'm impressed.

Such a Groundbreaking Product!

Lancome's Mascara Melter was like no other product I've ever tried. This was reverse psychology for your lashes. From the applicator that had me baffled to the formula that loosened my stubborn mascara, this solves the messiest mascara mishaps and alleviates the need for cold creams and hours of burning, stinging eyes from failed attempts to remove mascara. What a miracle in a bottle! It's so simple to apply, you use the applicator designed to comb through your lashes just like a mascara wand and then you just wait. There's no smell or numbing sensation, nothing needed but a cotton pad to wipe away the excess, once melted. It's really the simplest way to tackle it!

From the beginning I didn’t understand the purpose of this Lancôme Mascara Melter. It didn’t seem like a necessary product and I was correct. I followed the instructions, let it sit on my lashes for a few seconds and when I went to wipe it off, some but not all, of the mascara came off and smeared around my face. I ended up washing my face and using eye makeup remover (what I typically do) to get the rest of my mascara off. I didn’t find this product to be useful for me and isn’t something I would purchase in the future.
