    • If a dispensing delay does occur, turn product horizontally and pump to remove air pockets at top of chambers; this usually takes 3-6 pumps, but it may require more pumps to activate; it can also help to wipe off nozzle if excess product has accumulated

My favorite retinol serum

I love this serum, it leaves my skin so soft and the bottle is beautiful. Definitely a regular in my rotation and it’s packed with good ingredients. Recommended.

Item was returned due to skin, irritation

I have sensitive skin when using this product as told to use at night and the regime that they gave I did it I tried. My face turned, red started burning, feeling like a little needles on my face. The product pump needs to be configured. The vitamin C is very liquidy and comes out versus the other two products they do not all pump at the same time and as told in the directions and the sales rep, do not use one product only must mix all three together. . This to me seems like a waste as the product is not distributing evenly through the pump. Lancome needs to change the way the bottling is as you are wasting one product continuously pumping to receive the other two unfortunately because of my skin being too sensitive and the product not distributing evenly from the bottle I had to return the item please rethink on the construction of the product as two of the products are more cream and one is more liquid. Possibly rethink and make three separate bottles to be pumped separately to get the correct amount to mix and apply.

Beware of bottle being almost empty

I gave it 3 stars because I bought a bottle 3 weeks ago and it’s empty. I use 2 pumps daily - it should last a lot longer. My last one did. Since you can’t see the product the risk is that it’s not full. It’s expensive and this is ridiculous.

Hi there! We are so sorry to hear that your Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum ran out so quickly, as a bottle should definitely last much longer than three weeks when using two pumps daily. Since our triple-chamber bottle is designed to protect the active ingredients from light and air, it is possible that one of the internal pumps has clogged rather than the bottle being empty. To help unclog the pump, we recommend tapping the bottom of the bottle firmly on the heel of your palm, or turning it upside down, and pumping it several times to restart the flow.
