Not enough staff

It took forever for someone to help me. The Lancôme salesperson was no where to be found. Two clinic salespeople were trying to help people at their counter and the lanvome counter. I needed to match a color of concealer because the number had worn off. Finally someone helped me and she was overworked and frazzled. The whole process took about an hour. I have health issues and it was really hard to stand that long.

Worst Concealer Ever!

I bought this product to replace my discontinued Effacernes Waterproof Concealer and it is horrible! It did absolutely nothing to cover my dark circles. Please bring back the Effacernes Waterproof Concealer! I don't know why you guys discontinue products that customers have been faithful to for years.
