Sleeves too short for tall fit
Disappointed in the sizing. Had a medium tall fit in this garment a few years back and decided to try a large tall. Found the sleeves too short so had to return…Shame

No substitute for wool
Jumper was not comfortable and a poor substitute for wool. Product returned for refund

Wrong size
I ordered a size M and received a size L, and on top of everything, you charged me for the return shipping due to your error.
Runs Small
It was a great color and nice material but unfortunately we had to return it because it was too small. My husband is a large tall but this was very snug.

Sweatshirt Not Sweater
Admittedly, I should have paid closer attention to the description because this is actually a sweatshirt being marketed as a sweater. I was expecting a dressier sweater with comfort but this is simply a quarter-zip sweatshirt. “Sweater” should be removed from the name. Returned.

Size of Product
I can wear an XL from any retailer, but not Land's End. I returned for an XXL--just as tight. The only difference was the sleeve and waist length. Land's End prices are lower that the competition, but I wonder how much fabric that they take out of a product to save money. This same thing happened when I purchased a LE sweatshirt. Your "true size" system is not accurate

Too big
I orderd my husbands usual size XL 46 inch chest as people said this came up small.
