Where are the Goods?

Macy's has become unable to complete an online order. First the order did not arrive. After working through the Macy's text bot, which is great to get information already available on their site, or to start a return, but not anything else. Then was able to connect to an agent. After 30 minutes of chatting and providing information, the agent processed a replacement order. Only Macy's shipped using a Veho Residential versus a traditional carrier, and it did not arrive, again, with no tracking information. So back to the chat bot, back to another agent. Finally, I was advised that there was a problem processing the order, and they would refund the purchase price, but I needed to wait util 16 days after the ship date, even though the agent has just stated the order wasn't processed. So i will wait, get my refund, buy the product elsewhere and think very hard about before ordering from Macy's again. Which is a shame. I have ordered online from Macy's for years, without any issues in fulfillment, shipment, returns, customer services. Whatever changes they have made are to their online fulfillment to and customer service going to kill this business. It like they deployed A without the I (automation without intelligence).

Love it!

Bought several of these for my son and he loves them. First time he has ever commented on an article of clothing. He said that he liked the seams, that were not rough like most of his other tees. Also, these shirts are a heavier weight, meaning he can wear them on their own.

Always a Good Buy.

The Quality is good, Fits well. I would still like to see it in more colors in my sizx(4XL Tall). The choices r limited.Would like to see this in a True Crimson,Dark Teal, Camel or Sand Royal Purple, Desert Rose ,Indigo or the "New" Discovered Blue.I get trends will always influence these decisions, but I hope customes opinions due matter.
