The pillow cover is stiff. Also, the pillow caves in easily for a “medium”.

Soft and moldable

I reviewed this pillow but didn't listen to some who said it offered little support. I ordered the "medium" rather than the soft, thinking it might be somewhat firm. It isn't. However, you can bunch it up under your head and mold it to however you feel comfortable.

Great pillow

I gave it a 4 because this pillow wasn’t as firm as I thought. It is good quality and it is fluffy and comfortable but I have to fluff it often. Having neck pain it’s not supportive enough.

It has just the right amount of support. Too-firm pillows cause me to wake with a sore, stiff neck.

Best pillow ever

I bought this pillow just 2 weeks ago and I have never had a better night's sleep. I hate hard pillows and this is nice and soft, like sleeping on a cloud.

Nice

I’ve had a few months now. Wondering if the firm pillow would have been better for me. The medium is pretty soft and has flattened somewhat. This is the pillow for you if you like fairly thin and soft pillows. L
