Not waterproof but would buy again
Bought this jacket a couple years ago, and recently bought a new one for my growing kid. These are not waterproof for PNW standards. I took the kids out to a park on a wet day and they got soaked under their jackets. I should have put their Helly Hansen gear on but it wasn't raining that hard when we left the house so thought this would work. That said, I really like these jackets for light rain or to pack for "just in case" days and will buy more in future.

They changed the sizing
I like the product but these are short in length. I had ordered my daughter a medium two years ago and ordered a large this year. They looked the same and I held them together and they are. The Medium says 10/12 and the large says 10/12. Stinks bc I'd written her name in it already, thinking I knew it was the size up from what we had.

Nice but not what we needed
The coat was a rain coat but not a warm rain coat. Needed one that could ease the chill. We returned it.

A grown woman bought this for herself and loves it
I own quite a lot of LE clothing, so when I found myself in need of a light rain jacket, I turned to them again. After looking through the women’s offerings, I remembered that I can easily fit into kid’s sizes. I was giggling at the lightening print. YES! It’s made well, it fits well. I bought large enough to fit over my insulated Fall zip jacket. Every time I wear it someone comments that they like the lightening. Thanks again LE!
