Lovely daisy design
I purchased this backpack for my niece. She is in the 2nd grade. She loves it. Just the right size for her. She can put her lunch and all her pictures and papers in it. The daisy design is perfect for a young girl.

Lands End does not stand behind their products
Product was great for the first 9 months. Then the zipper pull broke off and now we can't easily zip it shut. My daughter does not treat her backpack roughly and opens it twice per day. I was only offered a credit, not a replacement. It is disappointing that the company won't stand behind their products and send a replacement considering the poor quality.
